The Builder Services/Commercial Division was founded by Rich Macaluso in 1979.
Starting with a few Southern California Builders and Commercial Lenders, this department has grown to processing thousands of transactions throughout the Western United States.
The Builder Services/Commercial Division has expertise in all types of title work such as mapping, sale-outs, commercial and investment properties, government contracts, and large energy projects. Due to the variety of title and escrow work, our clientele has not only grown in size but also in diversity.

Certain subdivision projects in the State of California must be filed with the Bureau of Real Estate before the homebuilder can sell his houses or units. Orange Coast Title provides BRE processing free-of-charge (when we are insuring the sale-outs). Our BRE Coordinator is Donna Lawler, who has 35 plus years of experience. Donna has handled all types of subdivision projects and provides unparalleled service.
Land and Investment Hotlines
Tools for marketing land and investment properties of all kinds, including hotels, commercial buildings and apartments. Brokers, landowners, and investment property owners submit a brief description of the property that they are selling. This created a publically searchable database of commercial and investment properties.
